Simply Essential understands  discretion is sometimes  important.  Orders are packaged in a plain shipping bag with 'Skin Care' on the Customs  label.

Orders are dispatched each business day. Please use this link (NZ Post) to view the target delivery times to your area.  Also please understand that these time-frames are targets. It's what they aim for, but delivery can take longer.

Post is charged at cost – we do not make any profit on it – unfortunately Post Offices everywhere are increasing prices constantly to remain profitable.  All orders within New Zealand are sent by Parcel Post  

All orders for delivery outside New Zealand will be dispatched via International Airmail. Tracking numbers are not available.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not take any responsibility for, or replace orders when you, the customer has given an incorrect or insufficient address. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECT.


in some countries charge duties/customs on imported goods. SE can take no responsibility for these charges, or advise what they may be. Please check with your customs department if you have any concerns.

The postal service is usually reliable, but once in a while an order does go astray.  In the event of a replacement being sent, it is Company policy  that we will only ship to the same address as was used on the initial order. If your order does not arrive due to the customer having entered an incorrect address, no replacement or compensation will be given.  Please take great care to ensure you have your address correct!


Orders may be cancelled if advice of same is received prior to shipping.  As the Bank charges for each transaction, including refunds, a full refund on purchase, minus 10% will be given

Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged, please send photographic evidence of the damage to us. We are not able to refund or replace goods without visual confirmation of the claim.
